If you change your mind after placing a pre-order, you can cancel at any time before your Vestaboard Note ships, and we’ll issue a full refund.
Are taxes and duties included in the price?

Yes. All applicable taxes and import duties are included in the final price at checkout. You won’t be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Is Vestaboard Note covered by a warranty? How are returns handled?

How do I install Vestaboard Note?

Note is designed to support both wall installation or upright placement on a desk or counter. For wall installation, Note mounts using a bracket system and should be anchored to wood studs or concrete for stability. A standard power outlet should be located either directly behind or just below the unit. Instructions and a mounting template are included.
How is Vestaboard Note powered?

Vestaboard Note is powered by a standard 3-prong-plug and supports 100-240V. Each Note will ship with a power cable.

How does Vestaboard Note display messages?

Vestaboard Note connects to WiFi and is controlled through the Vestaboard app on iPhone or Android. Setup consists of a few simple steps where you will create and/or link a Vestaboard account to your Note and connect it to your WiFi network. Once it’s connected, you can send messages anytime from your phone or computer. You won’t need to reconnect unless your WiFi changes.
Do I need to be near my Vestaboard Note to send a message?

You don’t need to be near your Note to send a message. Once connected to WiFi, Note can receive messages from anywhere using the mobile or web app. You can also grant access to others, giving them full permission to update your Note from wherever they are.
How long of a message can I display?

Vestaboard Note displays up to 45 characters, including letters, numbers, symbols, colors and a ❤️. When you send a message, Note arranges the content beautifully with smart formatting (including left, center, or right alignment) or you can take full control with the visual editor for a precise, what-you-see-is-what-you-get layout.
Do I need a subscription to use Vestaboard Note?

No subscription is required to use Vestaboard Note’s core features. With the free mobile and web apps, you can easily send custom messages from anywhere, get creative with the visual editor, choose from curated Today’s Picks and Template suggestions, and invite others to manage your Note.

You may choose to elevate your experience using our optional service, Vestaboard+, with attractive entry-level pricing. Choose from several curated channels, seamlessly integrate with daily-use services, and stay informed on what matters most, on a schedule that works for you.

If you have an active 3-year Vestaboard+ membership, any Vestaboard Note you purchase will have Vestaboard+ access included for the first year upon activation. If you’re currently on a 1-year plan, you can upgrade to a 3-year term at vestaboard.com/plus-extension to receive this special benefit.
